Apply for Vendor Space at Fallscon

 

FallsCon is a gaming convention occurring April 5-7, 2024 at the Multi-Purpose Event Center in Wichita Falls, TX.

There’s no cost to apply. Here’s how it works:

  1. Click Apply for Booth below to apply for the space you wish to reserve.

  2. Fill in all requested information on the application form. Completing the application form does not guarantee a reservation of space at the convention.

  3. Check your email regularly. If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an email outlining the reservation process and a link to pay for the space. If you do not complete the steps outlined in the approval email including full payment or alternative arrangements within 14 days, your spot will be released for other exhibitors to reserve. If we no longer have room you will be added to our wait list.

Note: We do not offer half or split booth pricing or contracts.

Approvals will be prioritized using the following criteria:

  • Overall variety

  • Programming guests

  • Space availability

$100 + PROCESSING FEE (SOLD OUT)

Includes:

  • One 8 foot table

  • Two Vendor Passes*

  • One Weekend Badge

  • Power access

  • Listing in convention program

10x20 Booth

$150 + PROCESSING FEE (SOLD OUT)

Includes:

  • Two 8 foot tables

  • Two Vendor Passes*

  • Two Weekend Badges

  • Power access

  • Listing in convention program
