The FallsCon 2025 Event Schedule is free to view! This is the biggest FallsCon yet with the largest amount of events available for all of our attendees.

Event Submissions for FallsCon 2025 are Open!

Thank you for your interest in running a game! FallsCon relies on generous volunteers to create and run events. These events can run less than an hour or be as large as a multi-day tournament. You can require that players know the game beforehand, or welcome brand new players and teach them - details are up to you! So if you want to share your passion for a specific game or like to teach that game to others, consider submitting an event! If you are interested in running a TTRPG please fill out our GM/DM application here prior to submitting your event.

2025 Game Master Information

If you host for 8 or more hours of events you can qualify for a free badge.
If your event has no one registered for it, you will still be expected to wait at your designated table for about 10 minutes in case attendees who didn’t sign up still want to play.
If you receive a badge through this program and submit too few hours or cancel one of your events you will not receive a complimentary badge. We will do our best to reach out to anyone who has not met the requirements prior to the deadline date.
GMs have the option to run events as a bystander or play in their own event. If the event sells out and the GM has not purchased a ticket to reserve their seat they are expected to participate as a GM only.
As a GM you agree to tidy your event space before you leave and to vacate it in advance of the next event so they may set up.

How to submit an event

Event Submission is simple! Just click on the “Submit Your Event” button below to begin:

Log In or create an account on tabletop.events
Submit Events- On the FallsCon event page click the “Host” drop-down menu option, then click “Submissions”
Click the New Submission button to add an event & fill in all the event information and click create
