FallsCon is a gaming convention occurring April 4-6, 2025 at the Multi-Purpose Event Center in Wichita Falls, TX.

There is no cost to apply for space. Here’s how it works:

  1. Click “Apply for Space” below. Applying does not guarantee a reservation of space at the convention.

  2. Fill in all requested information on the application form.

  3. Check your email regularly. If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an email outlining the reservation process and a link to pay for space. If you do not complete the steps outlined in the approval email within 14 days, your spot cannot be guaranteed and will become available for other artists to reserve. If we no longer have room you will be added to our wait list.

Approvals will be prioritized using the following criteria:

  • Order of Submission

  • Returning Artists in Good Standing

  • Programming Guests

Artist Table

$50 + processing fee

Includes:

  • One 8 foot table in approx. 10’x10’ space

  • One Vendor pass*

  • One Weekend Badge

  • Power access

  • Bio in convention program

*Additional vendor passes available upon request
